Deborah Chesky, President, All May See Foundation, and Rick Seefeldt, Director, UCSF Health Faculty Practices presented during the World Association of Eye Hospitals‘ (WAEH) 16th Annual Meeting held October 4-7, 2022 at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, MD.
Ms. Chesky presented on the second day of the program in a Philanthropy panel to discuss fundraising strategies with Steve Rum, Vice President for Development & Alumni Relations, Fund for Johns Hopkins Medicine; and, Emma Moore, Director of Fundraising & Philanthropy at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital in Melbourne Australia. The panel was moderated by Megan Ward, Executive Director of Development, Wilmer Eye Institute Johns Hopkins.
Mr. Seefeldt presented later that same day on Self Scheduling in Ophthalmology during the segment of the program dedicated to Improving Healthcare Delivery Design – Designing for the Real World Context.
Each year during this international event members have the opportunity to collaborate and exchange information and knowledge on a wide variety of topics.
