Additionally, she directs UCSF Health’s Retinopathy of Prematurity Service, further demonstrating her expertise and leadership in the field.
Beyond her clinical roles, Dr. de Alba Campomanes is deeply engaged in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the healthcare community. She serves as the vice chair of diversity, equity, and inclusion for the Department of Ophthalmology, playing a pivotal role in shaping inclusive practices and policies.
