It is our distinct pleasure to congratulate Dr. Ying Han on being unanimously and enthusiastically appointed to serve as the Medical Director for Ophthalmology by UCSF Health.
After serving as Associate Medical Director for almost 2 years and Interim Medical Director for 6 months, Dr. Han is well-positioned to serve in this role. She is well supported by Dr. Armin Afshar, our Associate Medical Director, and together the Department is working to interview and select subspecialty medical directors for each division to work closely with the strong clinic administrative team.
